Project Management Training Program
Project management is rapidly changing with the introduction of Agile, SAFe, DevOps and other new methodologies. This covers how the project manager fits into each of these methodologies - even in environments where all these methodologies are operating simultaneously. The challenge for modern project managers is building relationships, using influence without direct authority, and techniques in each of the 9 PMBOK knowledge ares to deliver projects that meet their success criteria. This program also takes the student through Strategic Enterprise Analysis to build effective presentation and requests to create business cases to start initiatives. Throughout the program we show you how to build relationships, lead without authority and give you tools and techniques to effectively manage project of all size.
This program takes a deep dive into the 9 knowledge areas of the PMBOK to provide students with techniques on how to plan and manage these area effectively with the "Foundations of Project Management" course. From there it moves into building better relationships with "Influence Without Authority" and "Negotiation and Conflict" courses. Next we head into "The Agile Project Manager" where we talk about the the many different types of agile methodologies including scrum, agile, SAFe, XP, Kanban and more. The program ends with "Strategic Enterprise Analysis" to understand how to build intiatives and business cases.
