Course Description

When it comes to business analysis, we know that every project is different, and every BA is different. When there isn’t a one-size fits all approach to analysis, we need to take time at the beginning of the project to plan out what it will take to ensure that requirements are well understood and well documented. What goes in to creating an approach for the business analysis activities? What deliverables will be created? How much time will it all take?
